I don't know that anyone understands Al's fascinations anymore.

As far as jarrett, I'm not saying he's the next Russell, I don't know that much about him. I was commenting, tongue in cheek, about the similarity of that basic scouting report....big arm, big body, can't read a defense.

I have read someone's claim that her story cannot be true, as abortion was allegedly illegal in the Philippines at the time, which is supposed to be proof that her story is a lie. Mrs. Tebow said she was advised to get an abortion by a doctor. Ord, any female American Citizen with a passport and sufficient funds twenty three years ago could have flown to any one of a number of clinics back home - or around the world - to get that procedure done. Millions of women did so. So help me out with any link you have that is proof that "the whole incident is just part of the Tebows self-created myth", other than your demonstrated problem with all things Tebow for reasons that still make little sense to me.

As to his "self-created myth", he did indeed self create the Florida High School Passing Record when he set it, the 2007 Heisman Trophy Award when he was the first Sophomore do win it, the SEC All Time TD and rushing TD record holder, and BCS single game individual Offensive Yards record holder, and the part he played in two BCSNC Game wins.

Yes the press about Tim is nauseatingly over done. Why you blame Tim and his family for that is a mystery to me, although the abortion commercial strikes me as a poor idea PR wise, but consistent with their beliefs.

Damnit, Gator, stop trying to impose logic on our Tebow hate fest. Until that rat bastard crucifies himself for my sins, I'm not going to buy into the "Tebow are the World, Tebow loves the children" bullshyte. I want to see him drunk with a dead hooker with a beard while holding a machete in one hand and a crack pipe in the other. I want to see him dry hump the LSU tiger and kick UGA 17 in the balls. Maybe then... but I think it will ultimately take self-sacrifice of some kind (and not the selfless acts of kindness sort). Ok, yeah, I need to see him cut off his own head while singing the national anthem... of Kenya. If he does that, I'll worship at the majestic Sequoia tree that I can only assume will immediately spring up from his blood spilled in the dirt or actually even asphalt; I mean, he is Tim Tebow after all.

I see they didn't challenge him with a lot of dialogue.

I wonder how many takes it required to get him to stop screaming "lets go!!" every time he saw the camera light come on?
