Smart move on Tebow's part. He's too stupid to come off as articulate or logical in such an environment. Unscripted and without mom and dad being in full control of the production was just too big a risk.
When did you become Tibor?

Secondly, all of America would have watched him talk in that high pitch with the flailing arms and realized exactly how gay he is.
I watched something, it may have been a DVR'd year of the quarterback, with him on it and he struck me as gay too.

I see a few here have a Tebow fetish.

Why, I wonder, does it seem we all (me included at times) want to see these people fail (not just Tebow)?

If the man is secure in his faith, no amount of stupidity or praise on here or anywhere else matters a damn bit to him.

Tebow released the following statement the other day regarding the Tebowing phenomenon.
To all of my fans and fellow Christians, I ask that you please refrain from using the word Tebowing or referencing the act of prayer to me on a personal level in any manner. I would also ask at this time to take down the websites promoting "Tebowing" as well as cease the sale and distribution of any "Tebowing" merchandise.

What I do is no different than what millions of Christians have done for the last two millennia. It is an act of humble contrition and genuflection before God. It is not "Tebowing." It is simply prayer...nothing more and nothing less. To personalize it in such a direct manner is crass, umseemly and unbecoming of the form of Christianity that I would like to both promote and represent. I would hope that the prayers of one man would not be twisted to publicize and elevate the exposure of that individual above the very act itself. Prayer before God should not be used to build a cult of personality around an individual.

Thank You and God Bless You,
Tim Tebow
Oh Wait, no he didn't.
The above post, and the fact that it received zero responses, is a perfect example of why Tebow is ruined by the media.

Nice Tebow doesn't generate interest let alone ongoing discussions.

Duke, OSU & formerly ND are ratings juggernauts for their hatred as much as their popularity.

Getting Tebow shoved down your throat causes you to talk about him, either because he's in the forefront of your mind or because you're sick of the Tebow talk and you add to it by complaining. That's the ESPN circle of genius/madness.

So just how many Broncos fans bought Tebow jerseys? :slappy:

The office Broncos fan was initially upset to hear they were trying to trade him now. She wants them to keep him AND Manning. Frankly, she convinced me...it's not like I went to see her for her football perspective. :p

Bronco nation is just destroying Elway via twitter. Good Lord. They were reading some of the comments on the radio a bit ago. People hoping Elway dies, calling him the worst GM ever, saying they've given up on Denver after 50 years: all because Elway went out and signed a future HOF QB, as opposed to clinging to the hope that a 26 year old guy who's played football all his life could finally learn how to throw the ball. Now that is delusional.

I feel the same way about Elway, but not for this move. It is a gamble, but a good one I guess. Of course if the team starts 3-3 or PM gets hurt behind a suspect line, he is really gonna get it.
