You need literally zero golf knowledge. This kinda frustrates me because the game is not challenging at all (as if it ever was), because your caddie will tell you exactly where to shoot, where to putt, etc. Mindless video gaming.

you have to be playing on rookie with putter assist and tiger vision, with all the gimmies.

Put that bitch on tour pro and pick up and motion, then tell me how easy and mindless it is.

I never use the caddie always use my own shot....

Yeah I'm shooting anywhere from any over par to -4/-5 at most under per round on tour pro, and I don't use focus (IMO focus is dumb and makes it more acardish).

Now I'm not great at golf in real life (I'm a 12 handicap, I'm gonna break 10 here hopefully soon), and feel that tour pro with motion is the right difficulty for me.

Focus is nice to use when your putt meter decides to just disappear...

I wish it were that easy on a real course. I still don't like it. Hopefully they come out with a patch to disable caddy completely. I hate those damn boxes.

If only it were that easy. I wouldn't mind shooting -16 on 18 holes at TPC Scottsdale. I haven't played on Tour Pro yet.

Tour Pro with Move I believe I shot 9 under for the tournament at TPC Scottsdale. It's a pretty straight forward course. There's a fee holes that are eagle possible even with low golfer attributes

So how different is this game with 'Move'? Debating on whether I should get the 'Move'

And I really need to crack this game out, it is starting to gather dust. Of course I have perfect timing that the day I get the game I got a ton of OT loaded on me at work and haven't had a chance to even open the game :(

The move makes the game 10x's better. I've had most of the past TW installments for various platforms (ps2,360,wii, and now ps3). By far the most fun I've had playing a TW game is '12 with the move. It gives you the best and most realistic golf experience other than actually going and playing. After this, I don't think I'll ever move back to the traditional controller for a golf game.

I picked it up for the 360, still having a hell of a time judging how hard to push the analog stick. Unless there's something I'm missing.

Pretty much have putting figured out though. Although I do rely on the caddy for all my shots, because I would be lost without any guidance. Just had a seven hour marathon session.. got my tour card. :p

So, I failed Q school the first time (shot 5 over and was 27th when I needed top 25) but immediately won another Nationwide tournament and turned pro.

Now I can't play a single tournament without purchasing a course. Am I missing something, or do I seriously need to spend more fucking money just to continue playing the game?
