Just yesterday I was thinking of doing to greek leg of lamb. What we have here is amazing braised goat in tomato sauce with a bit of juniper, olive, and sun dried tomatoes over a Cretan rolled pasta called sioufichta. Also some octopus in olive oil and a phenomenal Cava bean purée. I retired from 28 years of state government service, effective 11/1, and we’ve started our first overseas post-retirement trip in Athens. I know the pics are dark, but I didn’t want to use a flash. The restaurant is called Strofi.
P.S. the view from the restaurant doesn’t suck.
@Thump why would I go to Taco Bell when I have taco Bell at home and nicer plates?

Made cottage pie too. Fun fact. To call it shepherd's pie it has to be made with lamb. When it's made with beef it's called cottage pie.
