Thread of What You've Eaten, Cooked and/or Drunk Lately

What we have here is amazing braised goat in tomato sauce with a bit of juniper, olive, and sun dried tomatoes over a Cretan rolled pasta called sioufichta. Also some octopus in olive oil and a phenomenal Cava bean purée. I retired from 28 years of state government service, effective 11/1, and we’ve started our first overseas post-retirement trip in Athens. I know the pics are dark, but I didn’t want to use a flash. The restaurant is called Strofi.

P.S. the view from the restaurant doesn’t suck.

Just yesterday I was thinking of doing to greek leg of lamb.
