Thread of What You've Eaten, Cooked and/or Drunk Lately

I don't feel like I see many odd numbered Griswolds. I imagine that was once part of a set... And you see them sorting out the marketing there where its gone from Erie cast iron to Griswold "Erie" as the line of hollow ware. I don't think I have seen one of those with both names in person anyway.

Now, non skillet things you see 7,9 etc... Griddles it seems like 9 is the default size people wanted?

The rest of you out there, if you trip across anything that are 11, 13, or Bigger anold enough to not say made in the USA, grab it, i will make it worth your while. :lol:

(Or keep it and make amazing pizza)

Cooking this right now...

So, I don't know what this is exactly.

This morning I was cooking thick cut deli bacon... And I.had 2 extra slices i had thawed that I didn't need, threw it in the fridge.

So, I remembered I had 3 (about a pound) of italian sausage i. The freezer from last spring big meat buy for covid...

Then there was a bag with 4 chicken legs...

And some leftover easter spiral ham, maybe only 3-4 oz...

So.... I cook all that down...

Some carrots and onions (see i am not going to the store now!)

6-7.cloves of garlic

Bottle of homemade zin

Fresh thyme

A bay leaf

Dried rosemary my mom harvested at her florida house because she's old and bored.

28 oz can of peeled tomatoes and a can of diced

And i made pasta dough at noon...

Long way ro go here, see what goes down
