These have been a staple of the finer Portland pizzerias and sandwich shops since the 90s (based here but grown in WA's Yakima Valley). Just discovered they originated in Youngstown. Not sure if they were ever sold in OH commercially before then (and not sure how they ended up being based in PDX). Seriously, some badass pickled peppers.
