The future's so bright, I've gotta wear... shades.
At Target in the checkout line. Young couple behind me were discussing softly between them my chin fur length and lushness. I detected a bit of jealousy from the young buck as his woman was obsessing on how it looked better than his patch work of cheek and chin whisps.
Made me chuckle a bit.

Won a quarterly award from my work during our annual meeting last Friday. The event was webcasted to the entire company (for our remote associates).
I received a few Congratulatory emails from colleagues- among them one from a lady that read: "Congrats! Very well-deserved for all your work! Also, I like the beard! :)"
I think I'm more excited and proud that my beard could be recognized on the broadcast from the cameras in the back, than any work I accomplished last quarter.
