Don't know how some of you guys exist. Programs rise and fall all the time. USC was going to come back, ND will continue to hang around and be annoying if not better, and with that all sorts of changes will happen in recruiting and in the portal.

It can always get better, but the '22 class is very good and maybe they'll get some impact guys in the portal. Day is a young coach who's been humbled but comes back with a vengeance each time. Combine that with a bunch of freshman starters making a big jump in their first offseason and new coaches to address issues, and we should all be excited. I don't see complacency or lack of urgency, just opportunities for a 10 win team to get much better.

This!!! Its never an excuse but this team was YOUNG, incredibly young in fact. Clean up the defense and the thought process on the O-Line (ie playing real guards at guard) and this is a serious contender next year.
