Working for big food conglomerates (used to be with Nestle: Can't remember who she's with now) designing packaging for various processed foods, going to the processing plants to makes sure the assembly lines are set up right . . .

I agree. It sounds like a highly specialized engineering and/or design degree. That's a far cry from the potatards actually running a truck driving school.
