The Polls (AP, Coaches, & CFP, etc.)

It just feels like even with an OU loss and a win over the mildcats, this shitty committee will give tOSU the bird. I guess we’ll see on selection Sunday.

Besides, I don’t see the fighting Tom Herman’s getting by the sooners twice. I’d gladly be wrong but that loss to the boilermakers looms large...

True but the Pac12 has nothing to do with this.....I'd be 1% open to UCF but they lost their QB last week.

.....Texas OR Pitt (the team that shows up once a year and pulls a 2016 win....yes, delusional thinking has set in). Root for Alabama.

Those are the 3 paths that get us in.

Insane that ANYONE is playing for #4 with Notre Dame sitting at home. But, I've been very clear on my feelings on that.

If they did that, It would not hurt the ratings, and it would make ESPN very happy. It would hardly blow anything up.
I believe the line of thinking is that if the BIG, PAC, and B12 all get left out maybe it will piss them off enough that someone from those conferences might finally put their foot down about the BS going on.

The only people who would care is the people affiliated with Oklahoma and Ohio State. Nobody else is going to care that much. Look at last year. That proved to the playoff committee that they could get away with putting 2 SEC teams in.

You may be correct, but over time I think this would really get under people's skin. However, the one thing they have going for them is that nobody is screaming B1G B1G B1G or Big XII Big XII Big XII at games like the SEC SEC SEC does.

In the Big 10 the only team who cares about the CFP is tOSU. No other school or fan base cares..their. goal is to beat tOSU once in a while. Brohm and Fetentz and Dantonio are heroes and coach for life because they beat us.Harbaugh would have got a lifetime contract if he won Saturday. Even Franklin admitted tOSU is the only elite team in the conference.

That is the unfortunate truth.
