I think they lose 2 of those....Big Game Jim and all....

Wisky and State Penn, I think, are the two that they lose. Winning either of them would be a surprise. Wisky's been kicked in the nuts enough this year that I think it got them right. State Penn will be too much for them to handle... but never count out Sparty to rain on their parade as well. Seeing them O-fer it would be glorious.

Adjust your view of Penn State. What you saw last Saturday is not the same team you'll see for the rest of the year. They drink their Michael's Secret Stuff every year for us....then it wears off.

Interesting question on twitter today.
The general theme was "Former Power programs and their slow rebuild"

Which team is able to get back to 10 wins sooner - Nebraska or Tennessee?

I submitted that it would be Nebraska. My reasons were as follows:

1). Frost is a better coach (at least much more experienced).
2). Easier for him to pull out of talent rich Texas than for Pruitt to pull out of Atlanta
3). B1G West more manageable than SEC East

Am I dead wrong?

I had posted something--in the game thread I think--along the lines that as their win over us two years ago did jumped started their program, a loss to us (which as we know happened) would put the brakes on it. Let's if that indeed happens. I could see the Pedsters losing at least one more regular-season game.

I say yes only because the media loves to hype and give the benefit of the doubt to the SEC...

Your mouth to God's ears. I could see them losing a good handful.....but that's probably my wishful thinking. Their schedule gets a little less Akrony and a little more MSU, Iowa, Michigan, Wisconsony.

The Wolverines have a three-game stretch beginning Oct. 13 -- against No. 16 Wisconsin, No. 20 Michigan State and No. 11 Penn State -- that will define their season.

2 of the 3 are on the road so i am going with 1-2 in this stretch

They also have to play at IU iirc

They are no better than a coin flip on the road vs all but the very weakest of opponents.
