The Polls (AP, Coaches, & CFP, etc.)

The semifinals haven't really given us many competitive games. Just Bucks vs Bama and Georgia vs OU. The rest have been snooze fests.
I partially disagree with jwinslow on this, and think the score of the OSU/Alabama game was deceptively close. In my view, OSU got down 6-21 in the second quarter through a series of flubs, and despite largely dominating the play to that point. And thereafter, outscored Alabama 35-14, because they got rid of the flubs and continued to dominate.

The D didn't stop Henry. Foolishness did, and it gave OSU at least 10 pts and a huge shift in momentum.

OSU absolutely could have led in the first half, but those mistakes were not an aberration (as we saw in 2015). Cardale simply isn't good at the option (physically or operationally), particularly in a phone booth in the redzone against the monsters from Alabama.

He's made to throw lasers, gobble up unchecked north south running lanes like a freight train and humiliate front runners 1v1 in the open field.

I agree with this. There were some questionable play calls on both sides, including OSU running read option on two first and goal situations in the first quarter, Alabama declining to give the ball to Henry 25+ times when that was the one thing that was consistently working, and OSU dialing up long pass plays in the fourth quarter with a 2 TD lead, a situation where you'd normally look to burn the clock. That said, and considering the full game, including the questionable decisions, I continue to think that OSU consistently outplayed Alabama everywhere except punting (Johnston was good, but their punter had a phenomenal game and kept them in it), to an extent that wasn't reflected by the final 7-point margin.

Clemson and Notre Dame are the 2 least impressive teams in the playoffs. IMO.

I wish they would have split them, but whatever. Whoever wins between Bama and OU is going to roll in the title game.
I got Clemson winning it all. That Offense is really improved during the season. Their pass D is their achilles which none of them will take advantage of unless Tua is healthy. OU would score on them but nowhere near stop that Offense. Probably Clemson v Bama for the umpteenth time. GRRR
