I disagree with that portion of your post because I really think that he wants to be the director of The Ohio State University Marching Band. I know that that is very unlikely but I think that is probably in his sole reason for taking this to trial.You don't find many $150k jobs in the HS/College band biz. More important, you don't find many jobs after being fired over Title IX issues. I'm guessing he's more concerned with damages.
I'm not one who thinks Title IX is a bad idea, but this looks to me to be a misplaced useage. Waters must have pissed someone off and I haven't seen the name of the former Title IX compliance officer in anything lately.
