I don't remember that much, but when I searched for it I found a few references to Stanford. I wanted to say it was them or Yale... I seem to remember it was an elite University.
Then again Stanford gets away with having a highly sexualized culture by cutting all staff and letting it be student run. Plausible deniability achieved!

Probably Stanford. At Oregon State they formed a penis, then spelled out 'uncut.' And they did a tribute to abortion and formed a clothes hanger.
