The Ohio State Buckeyes have a reputation of producing great college football players more than great college basketball players.
But they have had their share of great basketball players over the years. Here's our list, in order, of the top 10 players in Buckeyes history, based only on their college careers.
10. Greg Oden (2006-07)
Oden would have been ranked much higher if he would played more than one season, and if he would've played more than 30 games and not lost the early part of the season to injury.
9. Jim Cleamons (1969-71)
A unanimous choice for Big Ten All-American. Cleamons was so good that he was drafted No. 1 by the Los Angeles Lakers in 1971.
8. Michael Redd (1997-2000)
He didn't become a great outside shooter until he made it into the NBA, but he led the Big Ten in scoring his freshman year and he was a three-time team MVP.
