The gayest band in history???

Ever heard of this thing called the internet, you know, what we are communicating through? How do you think I found the picture. You got me: It's my desktop wallpaper.

Does this count as ding-whining, or if there was no dinging, how do we react to antipated-ding-whining?

I think that's a dinging. . .

Just found this on the best threads...thread. For your consideration: Angel. 70's had rock band discovered by Paul Stanley. Below are pics of the guitarist, Punky Meadows (not making that up). Punky was made notorius by Frank Zappa in the song "Punky's Whips". I had always thought the song was about a fictional person, but a friend of mine has the Angel album (cover is 1st pic) on vinyl. The Zappa song is [censored]ing hilarious.

New Kids On The Block is the winner. And Fol if you post another pic of a great 80's band I'm going to have to beat you down. :wink2:

New Kids On The Block are definitely the winners! My little sister went through that faze. She even got a sleeping bag with their picture on it. My brothers and I nicknamed it "The Fag Bag". Great time making her mad.
After doing 8 hours on the road with nothing but classic rock radio, I'm going to say that almost all of the whiny/current rock is very gay... not homosexual, just gay. Freddy Mercury could beat up anyone that plays on VH1 or on TRL these days. What happened to music?

I thought TTArrrrggghhh had 1 or 2 cool songs... dammit. I'm impressed that you found a pic - there can't be many out there.
I watched the lead singer and guitarist from Parkway Drive jump off their own stage and beat the shit of some kid, because was "hardcore" dancing and hit a girl...

That my friends, is the complete opposite of gay.

Agreed though, overall quality of music has gone wayyyyyy downhill.

It there was any kind of "pit" and that girl was any where close to it, she should have expected to get hit. Ding whining bitch. Fake gallantry too on the band's part.

I agree, if you look at Top 40 charts, the quality of music is suffering. Not all of today's music has gone to shit though, there are certainly some phenomenal bands out there today. Although most of my favorite bands are long gone, there are some out there that still :banger:

Check this thread, there are some outstanding bands listed.
