THE GAME: ttun @ tOSU, Sat Nov 26, 12pm, FOX

get

This is the 2 week weather pattern in a gif. If this actually happens, the weather for Thanksgiving weekend should be pretty damn good.
I think the bad weather thing is way overblown imo. Not sure what the snow had to do with our two tackles getting dominated or our front 7 getting absolutely annihilated on damn near every running play last year. Stroud also still threw for nearly 400 yards in a fuckin' blizzard. Only way I'd be nervous is if there's a tornado or something lol.

I think the flu had much more to do with it, however, unlike scUM with 9 cases of COVID, only 2 of which were within the football program, Ohio State didn't duck the game in 2021.

I posted that since mgoblow had a thread about weather on that Saturday. Whatever they posted doesn't jive with what the models say.

Probably an unpopular opinion since we're a passing team...but I want the exact same weather we had for the Indiana game. Cold with some snow, not enough to mess up the passing game. I would love it.

Two ways to take the game out of Corrum's hands. Run defense and a fresh front 7 late. But, also, if Ohio State can put up points early and make them have to play from a few scores behind.

It does seem that SCUM runs the ball better later in the game. It happened to us last year. It seems to have happened several games this year.

Is that because the defense is worn down? Or due to SCUM adjustments?

I can’t focus on anything outside of marching into the stadium to watch the Bucks crush their dreams and completely annihilate them. I want Jimmy to have a meltdown when the score is 42-0 and it starts to sink in that his only win will be his only win.

I don’t even know how to function to get through the days leading up to The Game. I want to see them ran off the field and sent back to that cesspool with nightmares of the Buckeyes not just ending their season, but destroying their reality for the rest of their lives.

I want interviews for years to come where they can’t even discuss this one because it was the massacre of ‘22 and they will never get over it. I want Blake to look back on this as what was supposed to be “his year” before the Bucks obliterated him and brought him to an end.

It can’t get here soon enough.

Ohio State is 3rd in the country with least sacks allowed despite being a pass-oriented offense. ttun is respectable at 21st. Statistically speaking, though, Ohio State has protected Stroud twice as well as ttun's front 5 has: OSU has allowed 7 sacks on 298 passing attempts (2.3%), while ttun has allowed 12 sacks on only 259 passing attempts (4.6%). And that's despite ttunn having a "dual threat" elusive QB.

......... and playing far weaker competition.

Hear me out on this.

- Kentucky somehow pulls off a miracle upset over UGA

- Bucks and weasels scrape by their respective opponents this week. Because, let's be real, that's what we do week before The Game.

- tOSU vs scUM #1 v #2

I never thought I'd live to see it again after 2006... but it is possible. Sure, won't quite be the hype of being wire to wire #1 and *ichigan being #2 for a handful of weeks, but you won't find me complaining at all.
