THE GAME: ttun @ tOSU, Sat Nov 26, 12pm, FOX

The Buckeyes have not shied away from using the loss as motivation. Players and coaches commented on what they heard coming from “The Team Up North” in the weeks after the game. There is already signage around the WHAC reminding players of what happened and what the Maize and Blue are saying.

My daughter is going to her very first Buckeye game, and first visit to the 'Shoe for this Game. She was planning to get a motel room for Friday night, but I see several problems with that.
If she can find a room close enough to walk, she will have to check out before the game and have to park elsewhere. Better off to forget the motel and drive directly to Columbus early Sat morning. She has about a 2 to 3-hour drive. Does anybody have any advice on timing, parking, food, tail-gating, skull session, etc, to make The Game a great first experience for her? 25 yrs old and be with her bf, who is also coming to the 'Shoe for the first time.

Thanks,

Its 6:40 PM, Monday, September 19th, 2022 and _ichigan STILL SUCKS. That is all.

Seems to me there is time. There are plenty of accommodations. I'm not sure how close you might get to the shoe, but I'm sure rooms are available and Uber makes getting to the shoe a breeze. If you can get university view that's walking distance (tho a good walk)

1) They could stay in a hotel any where along High Street from downtown to Worthington and easily take a COTA bus to/from Ohio State.

2) Here's a typical "gameday guide": https://ohiostatebuckeyes.com/gameday/

Among other things there's parking and tailgating information; and the week before the game there will be the times when everything opens/begins, etc.
