There’s too much emotion tied to play calling. Def build game plan and work coordinating it with coordinators, but stay macro and strategic in the game and read the fucking room…when you’re actually calling the plays you’re too into the weeds.

As long as the run defense stays strong and they are 1-dimensional, I like our chances. Offense needs to stay balanced, and for Gods sake get positive plays on first down. Too many series killed by a 2nd and 13 or a false start.
