I am perch fishing for the first time and caught a sheepshead. One of the guys told me how to cook it.
Fire up the barbecue pit and put a cedar board over it.
Wrap the fish in tin foil after salting and peppering it and putting sliced lemon over it.
Cook it on top of the cedar board for sixty minutes, turning it over every fifteen minutes.
When it is done, throw away the fish and eat the cedar board.
