Why would anyone be so confident that, if this game is cancelled, whatever game that would be planned during crossover week (or whatever it is called) would DEFINITELY happen? Setting aside the fact that beating TTUN like a rented mule is an annual requirement, it seems there are some who think all the Bucks need is another month off after beating 4 mediocre teams and indiana. Apparently, that has prepared Ohio State to go roll the Tide and fuck Barbie - both of whom have full seasons under their belts.

This team needs reps, not a cocoon. It isn't magically going to just toss helmets on the field and scare seasoned playoff teams. I hope TTUN have the balls to show up, then it is on to the B1G CG, then the CFP.

This is a point that is getting completely missed. The old usually worn out cliche “no one is promised tomorrow” is really applicable as fuck this season. There is no guarantee a playoff will even happen people. As I recall, they said they won’t play unless all 4 teams can play at once...which may not happen. It wasn’t that long ago it looked like we might not get another game this season.
