The last five years of D coaching turnover have just completely fucked us, and has caught up in the past 11 months. We’ve just been churning through one and two year guys for too long now.

I agree with you... have to do what we are best at doing.

I never understood why we insisted on running 1 high for 2 years plus our first 2 games this year.

If we told Ryan Day he coule only run I formation I'm sure he'd tell us we aren't suited to do that so I was always surprised with our lack of flexibility from 2020 till now.

Nah not unless they start recruiting better. This was weird year with COVID seniors while we had the youngest team in years. Like if we had the players we lost last year, we probably whoop their ass since we’d match up better.
