I know they are not. Michigan just went through THE WORST 3 YEAR STRETCH IN IT'S PROGRAMS HISTORY, you have had one down year... a year in which you will probably still win your bowl game. Try watching your program win 15 games in 3 years, that is an average of 5 wins per year not even good enough for bowl eligibility. I didn't here (it's hear) any buckeye fans complaining when they beat the 3 of the worst Michigan teams during that 7 year run so lets not start this. You guys aren't going to be down for long, Urban is coming and you will be right back to being an elite program maybe as soon as next year. Both programs being at the top of their game, is good for the rivalry.

You were the one comparing the two. You said it sounds a lot like the rationale that Blue fans were using during the Rodriguez years. No it doesn't. Your university ASKED for the worst 3 year stretch in program history when they hired a guy who wasn't ready for Michigan football. He recruited little people to run the offense and ignored the defense. Michigan fans chirped about the speed of the team and how they were going to dominate the Big 10. What I said was there was turmoil within the OSU program that nobody asked for that took a mental toll, injuries that nobody can control, and poor coaching left over from a head coach's resignation. With all of that Michigan barely won the game at home. Congrats on the win. I don't hear any Buckeye fans complaining now. I am reading kudos for Michigan and lamenting the fact that Tressel and some selfish seniors put the program back a year.

Of the 3 teams that have a chance to win the B1G, UofM lost to the only one they played. didnt play the other 2. I honestly thought at the begining of the year that scUM had the easiest schedule on the face of the planet. 8 home games. 2 semi tough road games and they lost them both. Fuck scUM Can't wait for that ass rape in there BCS game. I really hope MSU wins out to put it there face.

I think were not on the same page here, or I misunderstood the content of your posts. Im not taking anything away from Tressel or your former staff for lackadasical leadership in Michigan's Athletic department. All I am saying is it's "THE GAME" Fickell and staff are not Rodriguez and company they actually understand what this rivalry means. OSU had nothing too lose, they played loose and came into the game with a gameplan that I had not seen from OSU offensively all season. I was not expecting a blowout, at worst a 10-14 point win... and talent wise OSU top too bottom still has more talent.

Thats hard to say when one teams 6-6 and the others 10-2.

You wanna revisit the recruiting rankings of the current 2 deep for both programs. I bet OSU does not start 2 walkons on defense. I would glady trade you guys Hankins for Will Heniniger.

I think you ignoring the fact that we have a bunch of guys hurt on defense.....

I will take 2 stars all day long that have been on the field and know what their assignments are on every play. Scum has that on both sides of the ball and we don't at present. We may have more talent on paper, but lack of experience can turn a 5 star freshman into just another player....

That is true. But at the 12th game of the season I don't really consider these guys freshmen anymore. They should have been prepared better than this.
