Game Thread THE GAME, tOSU at TSUN, Sat Nov 26th, Noon ET, ABC/ESPN

The Game was in Ann Arbor.

Denard had the game of his career.

The defense was banged up and gassed.

Braxton Miller missed wide open receivers all game, including a sure touchdown to Posey with a minute to go.

The playcalling went ultra-conservative in the third quarter, and then just plain bizarre with the game on the line.

The Buckeyes have been mentally fatigued all season due to off-the-field problems which cost them their best player and their hall-of-fame head coach, and more recently with the imminent firing of most of the current coaching staff.

Everything in scum's favor ... and scum still won the game by just six points.

Yep, enjoy it scum fans. You had the perfect storm going for you this season, and your team won by six points ... and it really could have gone the other way. Next year can't come soon enough for me.

If I'm an opposing coach I'm negatively recruiting Hoke based on his weight. Dude is an acutarie's nightmare. Push yourself away from the table sometimes coach.

I second that!

Hard to tell. One of the most idiotic plays I've ever seen.

I'm literally sick about this game right now. So many BLOWN opportunities. Let's hope Braxton takes a huge step forward next season. Games like today show just how ridiculously talented this guy is, and also how raw and... well, how horrible of a passer he truly is at the moment.

God, this is a sickening loss. Defense couldn't stop them at all.

Story of the season. This will go down as the most frustrating season. Who knows what could have been.

Cannot understand the spike on 3rd down

Or the run with NO timeouts...

This has been the most frustrating, annoying, aggravating, disappointing, infuriating, mind-boggling season in over 40 yrs of watching Buckeye football.

Hope deferred makes the heart sick..

Here's looking forward to next year. This team has much to work on, on both sides of the ball.

Well [Mark May]. Missed too many oppurtunities. Braxton will be a much better passer next year. He played a hell of a game despite a few overthrown balls. The team showed great effort and great heart. [censored] Michigan. [censored] them now, [censored] them tomorrow and [censored] them next year. [censored] Michigan!

To all of those wanted a "good" Michigan for the sake of the rivalry, I hope you're happy.

God knows I'm not.

Housecats better find a good hiding place, I'm on a rampage.

Is someone going to ask Jim Bollman or Luke Fickell why they decided to "Clock" the play rather than take two shots for a first down?

Please say that's the first question.

Then the coaching staff can say, "Please refer all coaching questions to Urban Meyer...and walk out of the room."

I have a real hard time laying this one at the feet of #5. Very hard. Point in case...

Why would you run a QB draw up the middle when the middle of the field is DEVOID OF LINEBACKERS AND SAFETIES?!?

You do have a tight end named Stoneburner that presents matchup problems with just about anybody.....

You have one timeout, and you take that on the first set of downs on the drive....

You have a route run five yards behind the chains....

Finally.....

You clock the ball on third down?!?

THAT, my friends, ain't a player problem.
