I thought that they were shocking, from the way they failed to get in to stop the brawl before it started to the way they spotted the ball. Every time that Ohio State put together a momentum-changing big play in the first half, they called it back. Calling phantom holds against Ohio State and letting TSUN hold all day. They sucked.

That wasn't exclusive to this game. It's been all season, and it's been league-wide, in almost every game. The noncalls in the Illinois game were laughable on a level I've never seen before. Illinois' OL tackled Noah Spence more in that game than Spence has tackles this year. The officials in the B1G are bush league.

Calling a holding penalty really isn't a BIG 10 thing. In fact go back and watch the 2006 game...when Henne gets called for intentional grounding look at Hart...maybe the most incredible display of not calling a hold I have ever seen. I promise a "like" for anyone that has a gif or video of that play with Hart in view.
