Game Thread THE GAME: tOSU at TSUN, Nov 30 @ 12p ET, ABC

I will return and reprise these remarks sometime when I am sober; I will be sorely disappointed if we don't have significant turnover on the defensive staff during the off season. Love ya' Luke, but it's time to strike out on your own. I sincerely hope Vrabel sticks around. GREAT WIN BUCKEYES. WE will not be denied!

Defensive back Tyvis Powell #23 of the Ohio State Buckeyes prevents a two point conversion against the Michigan Wolverines in the fourth quarter during a game at Michigan Stadium on November 30, 2013 in Ann Arbor, Michigan.

Just a quick question, after watching Tiebreaker all week, will the Wolverine faithful count this game as a win too?

My coworkers that are Vuvlarine fans have been talking shit about how the Buckeyes were exposed.

Its sad that the Michigan program has fallen so far that their fans now brag about how good their losses are. They sound like Iowa fans.

Vrabel is KILLING IT with the D-Line, plus a great recruiter. I hope he sticks around for a long time. Perhaps future DC. Linebackers aren't playing too bad for the talent level we have. I'll not complain about Luke. As much as I like Coombs as a person and the special teams has been doing great, I our secondary seems to be playing well below their talent level.

I too like Coombs but to say the secondary is underperforming is a very big understatement.

Sorry for the f-word rant, this was just too close for comfort and there's nothing that ruins the year like losing to the team up north. That said, the defensive staff, especially the secondary coaches have some explaining to do
The problem is the lack of linebackers. Shazier is it. That limits what the D coaches can do. The thing that concerned me is that Michigan had three good receivers and that Gardner, if not pressured, has a good arm.

I don't follow recruiting that closely, but Ryan is the only one of about 15 recruits that has panned out. That's not something you can put on the current defense coaches.
