Everybody is somebody else's weirdo.
Michigan-Ohio State was second-most watched game in rivalry history
The numbers are in, and Saturday’s Michigan-Ohio State football game drew monster viewership figures for FOX once again.More than 19 million folks tuned into this year’s version of The Game, won by Michigan, 30-24, making it the second-most watched game in the history of the rivalry, the network announced Wednesday. Only the game in 2006 — known as “The Game of the Century” — generated more eyeballs (21.04 million).
Saturday’s game peaked at 22.9 million viewers, FOX says, and drew a 9.0 rating — the third-highest share in the history of Michigan-Ohio State television broadcasts. Only the games in 2006 (13.0) and 2016 (9.4) drew higher ratings.
