D broke down again (and ST too). I’m dejected about that. But…Day’s offense needs to come out ready to kill and run up points. I want Oregon super tempo at least to start and get a lead.

Played into their slow methodical plan.

I seriously don't know what you do at this point. The buy out for Day is still exorbitant. The defense is clearly improved. Yes the offense took a step back but I mean they were 11-0 going into this game.

Maybe with Gene retiring you give him 1 more year but at this point even without the cheating, everything is bouncing scUM's way. And yeah their program won't look the same next year with 43 seniors and a new coaching staff, but Ohio State kinda feels stagnant a this point. 10 or 11 wins but no championships.

So it comes down to what the school administration wants (much like basketball)....my guess is nothing much will change for the next season or two at minimum.
