Maybe it's just the media trying to hype up this rivalry (yes, lately it DOES need to be hyped up), but they're trying to make Meyer-Hoke out to be Hayes-Schembechler. If that's the case, the I say the Buckeyes should go for 2 up 30. Run the score up. Especially this year - I want to beat Michigan so badly that they never try to bring up 2011. I want the entire Michigan team to look at the Nebraska and Iowa game, and not give a hoot who wins. I want the entire Michigan team to be sick to their stomachs the entire drive back to that hellhole of a state, and that toilet of a stadium. I want them to stay awake nights with the cheers of Ohio Stadium still echoing in their ears for months. I want the players to have immediate doubts in their heads from the moment their bowl game starts, to the moment it ends. And I want the players on this year's team to feel humiliated every time they meet someone new: "Oh, you played Div-I college football? What team? Hm.. Michigan, huh?"

Congratulations on 11-0, Coach Meyer, but your season didn't truly begin until Saturday evening.

Probably the best reason for The Game to be after Thanksgiving is that employers only lose 3 days of productivity rather than 5. :p
