Until we have a playoff, the matchups late in the season Have to be looked at as if they are a playoff game.. and those are one and done.

D1 basketball, and the NFL have histories FULL of semifinal games that are considered the best matchups of the year. Why should D1 football be any different?

It felt SO good to watch Henne & Hart lose again. Just think, if 5Loyd loses again in the big toilet next year, those 2 will graduate defeated against OSU.

really some questionable coaching decisions by our beloved 5Loyd. throw deep on 3rd and 1? how come he didn't go for two off the second to last TD?

but how are they going to fire a guy who got them #2 and took them to the Rose Bowl? but it's clear he is NOT the coach Tressel is and cannot seem to beat the boys in Scarlet and Gray... got to be some agonizing about that in scUM land tonight!

I vote we nominate him for Permanent scUM coach in ALL sports!

Very early, very early on, the Buckeyes established that they would run, no matter the reputation of the Defense.

Troy is the man. scUM was better than I thought, so I applaud them.

It should have been a comfortable 14-21 point victory, if not for the senseless turnovers.

But, I am so damn excited! Way to go, Buckeyes!

Ugh, I'm drained but still so happy. Things I'm happy about:

• scUM's vaunted D got gashed.
• Llllloyd gets another L added to his name
• Troy Smith locked up the Heisman
• 1st outright Big-10 Championship in my lifetime
• We're going to Glendale
• Antonio Pittman and Chris Wells destroyed the nation's best run D
• Sending the seniors out with their 3rd straight victory over scUM
• Troy is cemented as the greatest Big-10 quarterback of all-time
• We won arguably the biggest game in the greatest rivalry's history
• Jim Tressel is on his way to being considered one of the greatest Big-10 coaches of all-time(I know, it's still early in his career)
• The recruits at the game must have been impressed
• We're on our way to a Dynasty
• and last but not least 5-1!
