I really hope everyone cancels at this point. The only thing that'll annoy me more about not having a season is watching other conferences manage to do it.

I don't think football itself will derail the season as much as letting thousands of students back on campus. They're going to socialize, party, and more. If the virus is there it's going to spread.

How do you figure? Those young adults are attending these universities to receive a world class education while growing as an adult. They would never stoop so low as to go out drinking White Claws after doing keg stands with Natty Light before ripping bong hits. I mean, 18-22 years olds never make self-centered poor decisions.

You think the media slob-fest with the SEC and Clemson was bad before, just wait when they're the only games to watch. The CFP will be three SEC teams and Clemson, or if Clemson should slip up, four SEC teams.

If there were no students on campus the football team could stay completely isolated from the general populous and practice/play safely.

If that happens that derails the Spring Season ..only the SCUM game would matter. Add into the fact 90% of the players would be pissed off.

Yeah...if. But most schools are going in a different direction. I love the "no parties" rule - good luck enforcing that one.

Test them all you like, a large college campus with thousands of students is likely to have a Covid outbreak this fall.
