Him running with his head down and going abruptly sideways when meeting Thad Gibson is one of the funnier things I've seen in the 40 some odd editions of The Game that I can recall.

@ MSU W 21-7

All of those teams have better defenses than OSU but none have OSU's offense (they got ND when Wimbush was still the QB)

I'll get more into the stats and comparing them later this week but people shouldn't be giving up just yet.

Following up on this. Here is a view of the level of passing attack the tsun defense has faced on the road this year:

Again, throw out Rutgers and remember ND was still using Wimbush at QB when they played tsun. He threw for 7.7 yards per attempt and a 62.8 QBR that game.

So Northwestern represents the most potent passing attack the '85 Bears/tsun has faced away from home all year.

had Thanksgiving Dinner #1 at my in laws yesterday (dinner #2 is at my Pops house on Thursday) and of course my dumbass brother in law was wearing his trashy ass maze and blew hoodie. and then the sister in law starts running her mouth about the game. both their dumbasses dont even watch football and they are both from Columbus. i hate scum fans so much but ones who were born in Ohio and dont even watch football have a special place in Hell waiting for them Im sure of it. fuck i hate that school, athletic program and ALL of their fans so fucking much. we CANT lose this game.

my wife (who doesnt even like sports) already had her Buckeye gear on before we even started to get ready to leave. She also made sure our girls were representing. Looked at me and said "no way Im not wearing scarlet n gray around them today" God I love that woman

yeah the whole line of reasoning they give is "well everyone else was rooting for OSU so i became a scum fan" and then some comment about OSU fans rioting. i wasnt listening at that point I was too busy beating them to death with a drumstick. ok maybe that last part isnt true.
