Hard to sweep piss under the rug. I know from experience.Certainly agree with you here. Social media keeps these things more out front. In the past this would have been quickly swept under the rug.

You just have to let it soak in and mitigate the damage from there.Hard to sweep piss under the rug. I know from experience.
One wonders whether draft day will expose him like with Brady Quimm amd Shadeur Sanders or whether some GM will fall for the fool's gold like Minny did with Spin Pass.
At least those two were individually productive in college. This is mass self-gaslighting by the media at this point with Arch.
Did Simmons whip it out and pee on anything yesterday?
At this point you have to think they are either being made to do it by company exec's for monetary reasons or they have been at "have a take and don't suck" for so long as professional culture, that they actually have lost the ability to think (to whatever degree they ever had it).
I always remind myself when I marvel at their stupidity- no one chooses to be a sports journalist. They were rejected from something else, then went into sports "journalism". Typically the ability to play sports is what did it, they either never had it or had it and lost it.
Regardless, you end up with the Herbie's of the world opining about where Arch gets drafted.
I know that Chris Childers was saying early last year that Arch just wasn't that good, and then he completely went silent about it, as if the suits had a talk with him.The thought has absolutely crossed my mind. Some sort of scheme to keep the name/brand clean is genuinely the only explanation that makes sense.
These guys are idiots, and their conventional idiocy is one thing, but this? There's zero chance any majority of these talking heads ACTUALLY believe what they're saying about Arch. Zero.
