Fortunately or unfortunately its not gonna happen.. Abbot the AG who is running for Gov & the majority of the legislature are all UT grads or fans and support Powers beyond 100%. Perry tried, but his boys got impatient and started to move too soon, and everyone in the legislature cried fowl including the LT Gov, it woulda been a full on war but Perry & Co backed away, they are still there but they lost alot by moving to soon. So Perry will make his Alma Mater into a diploma mill once he's the Prez

Clothesline tackle. 15 yard personal foul for unnecessary roughness. Should be an automatic call for the ref. You also aren't supposed to target the head when tackling.

No player shall target and initiate contact to the head or neck area of a defenseless opponent.

That's the targeting rule. A quarterback completing his throwing motion is a defenseless player.
