Texas 21, Alabama 37 (BCSCG) Jan 7, 2010 on ABC

Losing a WR is alot different than losing the winningest CFB quarterback of all time, but point taken. Texas, if there is such a thing, has more of a reason to climb into a state of shock than OSU did in the desert.

Corso started drinking 30 seconds after they went off the air.... book it.

At least he didn't say "f---"

No, he isn't moving his right arm at all. At the beginning of the season, it was kind of obvious that he had a stroke during the offseason, but you could see him making progress over the year. I'm not a medical professional, but I wouldn't be suprised if he gets checked out during the second half.

This sucks so much. I really wanted to see both teams at full strength. I hate to see a National championship cheapened like that, as the Horns will always say that Bama got lucky. Who can say that McCoy hurt is not a complete game changer? Short horn fans are exactly like Bama fans in their level of entitlement, so they will never admit that Bama's running game would have ground them down anyway. Oh well.

What an unwatchable pile of garbage. Even with McCoy, neither of these teams are worth a crap. Are you going to tell me that the winner of this game is clearly the national champion?

If bama wins....id say ya ok.......but thats an 20 year arguement not getting solved

So by a team winning by 18 at half it's easy to decipher this? Interesting logic..

I think Corso just had an aneurysm over Mack's shovel pass call. If Corso thinks it's an all-timer of a dumb coaching call, then that makes it the all-timer of a dumb coaching call.

I think Gilbert will recover just fine - this could be one of those "it was at that moment i decided to pick myself up..." moments from an after school special.

Only saving grace for us those cheering against the ess eee see is there is somewhat of an asterisk for this win ( I realize that won't help the texas fans particularly )

Lee needs to call it a quits...

I love the guy, but he needs to at very least take a "Leave of absence"

I'll tell you what though...if he does retire, EA sports should make a deal with Brent and Kirk to re-vamp the commentating system on the NCAA games. I'm tired of hearing the SAME Corso/Herbie/Nessler lines OVER and OVER and OVER again...

I'm sure Desmond would love to take over the headgear duties for Scooter too...
