They're an incredibly unlikable fanbase, but I can't see Tejasfan throwing bottles and shit on the field because of a bad call. Tejas has a fanbase of snooty, holier-than-thou, shitheads that look down their nose at everyone and feels their birthright is to be on top of the CFB world despite the evidence showing that for most of the last 50 years, they're not even close to what they perceive. Volfan is an inbred,. Appalachian hilljack that's practically feral and tantrums when he doesn't get his way.

I see it as:
Tejasfan = DFBIA (false sense of history and a gallon of entitlement)
Volfan = The Cult (bunch of mentally deficient hill people, hopped up on cheap swill acting like retards)

I live in UT territory and my fiancé is a UT grad. I have been to a few of their games. So I have a good understanding on the fan base. There are 3 types of UT fans.

1)- The idiots that never went there and still idolize Peyton Manning. Mostly Colts fans that turned into Bronco fans real quick. They are mostly delusional older fans. I would say a lot of that garbage that transpired on Saturday came from this group.

2)- UT grads who will watch the games and support their team, but don’t make it their life.

3) UT fans who blame Kiffin and Dooley for the mess that they are in. A combo of grads and non grads.

UT had a nice run from around 95 to early 2000s. Other than that, they haven’t done much.

I have run into more of #2 than any of the others but I have not lived in Tennessee so that may be why.
