He would be one of the few NFL coaches who knows what to do with a QB who can run as well as Kapernick or Fields. Can the Bears also find some receivers and an RB?

David Montgomery is fine at RB…what they need is some serviceable linemen and a useful blocking scheme or George Halas wouldn’t be able to save Fields
