I don't think he intends that as a serious threat.
I DO think he's using that as joke. He's using that for comical reasons.
I recognize that as a joke. It's a very distasteful joke. He might as well threaten another Columbine or a Sandy Hook or a Jewish Holocaust.

So I guess I scored a 2 out of 3 on his "not an idiot" test.
