I'm not denying it happened - the incident or the ESPN report. Just find it amazing that ESPN would find it worthy of mentioning - witch hunt or no.

Also, I think the thread title should be changed to 'Cited'. I don't see any mention of the word 'arrest'.

The difference in the level of attention between a starting QB and a backup TE is understandable.

The Buckeyes have four spring practices in the books, and one thing has been a constant in the reports from the sessions, which are closed to the public and media: Quarterback Troy Smith is looking good.
"Troy has done a nice job," receivers coach Darrell Hazell said. "
I think he has kind of taken off where he left off last year, being a great leader and throwing the ball very well."
Otherwise, freshman tailback Chris "Beanie" Wells "had a good day on Saturday, and (sophomore tailback) Maurice Wells has been playing pretty consistently," said Hazell, who met with the media yesterday. "And you know what? The tight end spot has probably been the biggest difference."
He referred to Rory Nicol, who is coming back from a leg injury that kept him out last season, and Marcel Frost, who moved to tight end last year after the spate of injuries at that position.
"Both of those guys are playing real well right now," Hazell said.
