TCU people do know that we've played before... right? Record 4-1-1, Scoreboard 148-35, they've been shutout twice. Hey, awesome billboard though.

TCU proved they were worthy.
If a level headed TCU fan comes on this board I will congratulate them on their Rose Bowl win, I've got nothing against TCU fans. My response to this is that because Gee said something he opened himself up to ridicule, I personally take no offense to the billboards. I just find it funny that if you listen to all of the talk you'd think the two teams have zero history.SidehatchHusker;1852123; said:Come guys, applaud them, it was a good shot.
No one outside of Columbus or Dallas will remember it happened by the end of the weekend...

In late December of 2007, Ohio State said it had reached a deal to open the 2009 season at home against TCU. Army had recently backed out of a planned series, and the Horned Frogs, coming off an 8-5 season, were set for a one-game trip to Columbus. According to Ohio State, the game had been agreed to but the contract wasn't yet signed. And TCU had that chance with the Buckeyes.
"I'd say Ohio State really wanted it," TCU associate athletic director Jack Hesselbrock, who handles the Horned Frogs' football scheduling, said last week. "They had an opening and needed an opponent, and I think the fans would have liked it and been intrigued by it."
However, TCU backed out.

Don't think it helped our economy, pretty sure it just pads Clear Channel's pocketsScriptOhio;1851876; said:Re: TCU alumni fire back at Buckeyes with billboards
To TCU alumni
The money that you wasted on the billboards probably could have been put to much better use by any of thousands of different charitable organizations. Anyway since you decided to spend your money in Columbus on the billboards; thanks for helping stimulate the local economy.
P. S. We also have bus bench signs that you might consider advertising on too.

This is the same Wisconsin coaching staff that figured out how to bottle up OSU's running game and kept Pryor from running wild. This is the same Wisconsin that shared the Big 10 championship.
