Taylor Lewan — the University of Michigan offensive tackle expected to be a first-round pick in the NFL draft in May — was one of several people interviewed by police after an Ohio State fan said he was assaulted outside a downtown Ann Arbor restaurant, a source familiar with the investigation told the Free Press.
The alleged assault occurred on South University Avenue near Central Campus after U-M’s loss to Ohio State on Nov. 30. The incident is still under investigation by the Ann Arbor Police Department, which wouldn’t comment.
Lewan has not been arrested or charged. He could not be reached for comment.

The bigger story is Lewan was wearing a red shirt..........blasphemy.

Lewan said he was not going to get into details but: "I wasn't in any fight, I didn't hit anybody I was really trying to break up something"
Lewan breaking up a fight is about as believable as me claiming to be the pope.
He seems to me to be the type that gets fragged in combat by his own troops...
