I'm sorry, I actually should have introduced myself first but when the first thing I see on the last page is one of your trolls taking a jab at my school's head coach, I tend to jump on the counter troll train. Glad to be here and am looking forward to a great game. I will say though, some of my posts may come off as "troll-esque" but I simply enjoy a bit of light hearted humor when discussing sports, no hard feelings boys. In any case, Hogs win 37-24.

I am so fed up with the Arkansas fan base thinking the Razorbacks will score at will. The Ohio State University will be the BEST defensive unit Arkansas has faced this year. Show some damn respect.

Overview: OSU only played 3 top 25 teams all year, beating #12 Miami and #20 Iowa, and losing to #18 Wisconsin. OSU did not beat, let alone play anyone in the top 10 all season. ARK played 5 top 25 teams all season, losing to #1 ALA by 4 points and losing to #7 AUB. ARK beat #19 USC, #21 MISS ST, and #5 LSU. We beat the 5th ranked team in the country and you didn't even play anyone in the top 10 and you lost to #18.

Did you know in 2006 Ohio State played 4 teams ranked #2 (or was it 3 teams, I can't remember)

Shows how much that matters.

Petrino is not leaving. He would have to pay Arkansas 3.5 million to leave before his contract is up. He is already in the top 10 paid head coaches, "Florida would be a Lateral move" for him anyway. Quote from head sports reporter at the Gainsville paper. Top choices include Dan Mullen, Charlie Strong, and a few others.

I'm not entirely sure how to stop our offense, and I'm not trying to brag, I'm just being completely honest. If you sit in a zone and can't get pressure on Mallett then he will pick you apart, no matter how good your secondary is. If you can get him rattled(he's shown himself to be much more emotionally sound as the season has gone on) then you can cause him to make some mistakes. Knile Davis has really come into his own as a running back and has been able to gash defenses outside with his speed, but also has the power and agility to make people miss running inside. If your secondary is athletic and disciplined enough I would stick to man defense and come out with various different blitz packages to try and disrupt our rhythm and get us in must-pass situations.

The biggest question here will be who gets the push, our D-line or your O-line. Both are incredibly good.

But if we can get pressure on Mallet, with just our D-line, it's going to be a long game for Arkansas. Our LB plug gaps incredibly fast when it comes to runs, so with the added coverage, plus push from the D-line (again, assuming we win that battle of the trenches), your offense will probably score no more than 17 points.

Keep in mind that's a huge hypothetical that we win the line of scrimmage everytime we're on defense.

You didn't lose to the #4 team, you lost to the #18 team at the time, don't try to butter it up. And you didn't even play anyone in the top 10 all year. We beat #5 when they were #5. Not to mention our strength of schedule was ranked 6th nationaly and still managed 10-2. We lost to the defending champs by 4, and to AUB who is going to the title game and beat #5 LSU. You lost to #18 Wisconsin and played no one in the top 10. I'm not gonna make excuses for our perrformance against AUB like you did for your performance against Wisconsin. We simply got beat, yet you neglected to mention that we scored 43 on AUB, the most they allowed all year.

Wisconsin bet us when we were #1. Are we the best team in college football then?

Weaknesses? Simple. Basic defense and open field tackling. It has improved but it is our biggest weakness. Petrino is an offensive coach and our poor tackling shows it. I mean just basic tackling is lost. Have been many times where there were 3-4 missed tackles on one play this year.

How to beat us? Spread our DB's and scramble Pryor.

So we have no shot at beating Arkansas, but your very weakness is the thing that Ohio State's offense is entirely capable of doing?

While I get that this is our site and all and respect is due, I would point out that Arkansas is probably the best offensive unit that we'll face this year. So we could probably respect that too. While I think 37 is unlikely, I'd never say NO WAY. Living in Little Rock, I've had the opportunity to watch each Arkansas game pretty closely. Now that they have a truly balanced attack with Davis running really well, Arky definitely will pose problems for any defense, including our. Meanwhile, with our secondary/safety position decimated with injuries, there will be some opportunities for them. I'm not saying I expect 30+ or 37, but to say NO WAY....

I concur. Ark has strengths on offense in a few areas where we have questions on defense. For example, at times this season, our pass rush was less than stellar. Further, the secondary, specifically play at safety, has been inconsistent. Meanwhile, Ark has put up nearly 350 passing yards per game and 490 yards of total offense per game. Personally, I don't think Ark reaches 37 points either, but I wouldn't say that there is "no **** way" they reach 37.
