What is the equation that factors Strength Of Schedule. Is it just combined wins and losses of all the teams you play?

SOS= (2/3)(OpWins/(OpWins+OpLosses))+(1/3)(OpOpWins/(OpOpWins+OpOpLosses))
Op= Opponents
OpOp= Opponents' opponents
Ohio State/Oregon/Alabama plays a team and beats them; that team earns a loss. Thus losing strength points. If Arkansas was 6-2 instead of 2-6 in the SEC; would they still have played the toughest schedule or would the teams they just beat all of a sudden not be as strong?
my point is smple noone played a tougher schedule the last part of the year,,playing at penn st playing at #12 MICH ST played there rival ttun i know they suck played #8 wisconsin #1 alabama # 2 oregon so throw that strenth of schedule yes i am aware of the lousy lose to vt .bottom the 4 teams that got in could beat any one in country.i don't really care to much the strenth of schedule take the wins and loses and how many ranked teams ,played ranked teams..at the end of the day reguardless cfp system worked the 4 best teams made it in if anyone didn't belong it was fsu
SOS means nothing, at the end of the day, win baby. That's it.
