Everytime I watch Empire I just can't help but feel bad for how pathetic Dak is.

"Right now I feel like I can take on the whole Empire by myself."

And I always remember being a little kid and wondering, did Dak die or is he just unconscious? Luke's such a bad ass, going back to the snow speeder to rescue Dak before that AT-AT crush-- whoa, Luke was just getting his lightsaber? Cold. Blooded!

Got another chance to watch at lunch...I don't think it's Vader. I agree with @buckeyegrad that it looks more like a hood than the helmet.

I'm not sure. I thought so at first, but it looks like a hooded individual rather than iconic helmet....I could be wrong though.

It was clearly a cloth hood/cloak. It certainly could have been him under there, but there was nothing indicative of Darth in that picture.

Well we already know that Luke and Leia are Vader's kids. and I'm pretty sure Vader ain't making babies after Obi Wan burned off his Johnson. and since Palpatine died, and Awakens takes place 30 years later, Rey doesn't look like she's in her 30's. So I'm guessing no.


The obvious choice is that Rey is Luke's daughter, and Kylo's cousin. The shot of her on Jakku in her dream watching a spaceship leave her behind has to be Luke hiding her there maybe after Kylo turned to the dark side. How Ankar Plutt fits into that, I don't know. It was obviously Plutts hand that was holding Reys hand in that scene.

The red guards were the emperors guards. So that's who I'm going with. But if you are listening closely u can hear vader's breathing at that moment. Also it's been said that Vader will be in this movie.
