Only watched the first last night... enjoyable, although Hera I don't know if it's the actor or the makeup.... just lacking...I might be jaded because my son is plowing through Star Wars Rebels right now.

It has to be tough to do Twilek makeup and costumes.
My $.02 - because we haven't seen her Pilot anything yet, she's lost some of her edge. She's basically background noise as of now.

Other thoughts:

1). Too much Sabine, need more Ahsoka
2). I need Zeb as well
3). I don't understand anything about the witches of Dorthomir but apparently they are Jedi too?

I mean it's called Ahsoka so ... she should be the primary and then sets up more spin offs for the rest of the Rebel's crew...

and damnit where IS CHOPPER!

The Dorthomir witches aren’t jedi but they were not to be fucked with. Clone Wars series has some good story arcs that deal with them. Actually hoping one of them shows up in this series (Ventress Assajj). If that happens I may go full out mark. lol

I didn't watch any of the cartoons but just finished the first two episodes of Ashoka.

First episode was boring. I get it had to build, but it was some weird combination of Harry Potter and the Golden Snitch, Indiana Jones and Captain America:Winter Soldier. Felt like a JJ Abrams project since he just copies other people's stuff.

Second episode was much better. Made me actually interested in the series.

I do like the bad Jedi character, whoever he is. Hopefully there will be a good duel between him and Ashoka.

Oh, and how is Clancy Brown in there without a sword? I need him to wield a lightsaber and say "There can be only one." Otherwise the series is a waste;-)

My issue with Hera in this show so far is the makeup. She has red lips. In the cartoon they were faintly pink to very light green. So in the live action show she kinda looks like a clown

The Sabine/Ahsoka dynamic is boring thus far. Other (minor) complaints:

1). The bad guys don't FEEL bad. Yes, Sabine got stabbed, but I don't have a sense of how nefarious their plot is yet. Outside of building a Halo Ring, it seems kinda meh. Give me more of the dude with the beard and his spicy little trainee.

2). We saw glimpses of this in Mando, but the New Republic is painfully incompetent and I hate all the senators except for Mon Mothma

3). Andor is still the GOAT
