Makes me wish they had put Jon Favreau in charge of the Rey trilogy. That dude has printed so much money for Disney between starting the MCU on the right foot, Jungle Book, Lion King, and now Mandalorian. I loved season 2, but it did have the Iron Man 2 feeling where they were trying to launch a SWCU. Kevin Feige is still the biggest cash cow, but Favreau isn't far behind. Looking what they are doing with Disney+ we have officially entered the end of the era where you can easily sit down and knock out the whole MCU or Star Wars (I guess the animated shows already made that impossible years ago). You can binge sagas but phase 4 of the MCU is probably going to be as many hours as the whole Infinity Saga. 2 seasons of Mandalorian is almost as long as the Skywalker Saga. Not that I'm complaining. I'd be thrilled if Disney+ turned into a new episode of an MCU and Star Wars show every week. Same with CBS/Star Trek and HBO Max/GRRM (hopefully).

I thought the last 10 minutes of the Mandalorian finale was outstanding....

It was a nice little homage to the best Star Wars movie of the last 30 years (Rogue One). It was nice to see him wrecking shop like his dad at the end of Rogue One. It was outstanding and makes me hope they just throw out the Rey trilogy as an alternate timeline

Just finished watching it 5 minutes ago.........HOLY CRAP!! did not see that coming!!
Can't wait to see where they go from here with it. That's gonna be hard to top.

I had completely forgotten the last episode had been released until this morning. Probably gonna binge all of Season two tonight. I'll hide in the mancave while Wifey is binging British Comedies on BritBox.

Just finished episose 4 of Season 2. Episode 2 and 3 were boring and honestly the whole "new mission" every episode is a bit meh. It is still worlds better than everything after Empire Strikes Back. Looking forward to opening these Spoilers in a day or two.

Episodes 5-8 were damn good. Glad I somehow avoided the spoilers on the interwebs.
