how often can the average person play ice hockey? the middle point for the american population is south of the m-d line and west of the mississippi. how many days can that person in soutch west mizzou play ice hockey a year? whats ice time cost in america? $400 an hour vs canada a third or less of that, plus all the ponds and outdoor civic rinks.

Logged off the computer after the second OT but woke up the neighbors when the game winner went in the net. I love playoff OT, especially when the good guys win. :biggrin:

Penguins are in the bonus round, as Detroit was 35 seconds away from winning the Cup on home ice. The Burgh should be rockin' tomorrow, hopefully enough to propel the Pens to a game seven back in Detroit.

The puck takes funny bounces, and anything can happen in a seventh game. Gotta win the sixth one first to get there, though.

im digging staal. in game 5 played 34 mins the same as malkin, crosby, hossa, hes not a star but has elevated his game to more than a role player. i credit staal, talbot and hall for wearing down detroit with their rough and tumble playing style (one that makes any nw div team drool) staal came back the other way and broke up the possession game of detroit. hes only gonna get bigger and stronger.since the kid from thunder bay cant even drink yet south of the border...

im excited for tom night. (hoping for a great game)

It will be interesting to see if the Pens maintain the momentum they got with that last win, If they score first again that could be huge and could spell more trouble for the Wings.

staal gave up a goal and nearly a second one last game.
