diet
I posted a thread on here about a month and a half ago asking for diet tips....since that time, ive dropped 16 lbs......I got a membership at the local universal gym. I quit drinking pop and started drinking ALOT of water. at the gym, i dont do alot of heavy lifting, but just enough to feel it. I do at LEAST 30 mins of cardio a day. I cut back on the carbs(not cut back all the way, u need carbs in ur diet) and started taking in a good amount of protein. The biggest thing was just getting off my ass and getting started. I love it, and every week when i weigh myself and see that ive lost since the last time, thats extra encouragement.
