If everyone at least contributed the cost of TWO beers (that's 1% of a $500 annual income :wink2: )
the coffers would be in good shape

17,000 members @ $5 would be intriguing
or let's just assume 7,000 just lurk or read-only.. exclude them
just the folks who POST @ $5 per one time a year .. is still pretty intriguing

If the site isn't worth $5 .. why do you come and why do you post? :huh:

I just don't believe in charity at all (takes away the incentive for one to help themself; would rather help an individual on my block if at all possible). When I found out my brothers OSU roommate had leukemia, i actually donated a single dollar to a leukemia guy at the stop lights on 161 and sadly regretted the moment of weakness for compromising my ideals. That $ should have gone to a lapdance, not a charity was the thought at the time.

This however is not charity, it is a valuable service. I really should participate as I value the service significantly, like the rest of us.

I will send a check out Monday, but it is not charity, it is for services rendered (providing forum and putting up with me, no free or purchased BJs or anything, don't get your hopes up). Thank you for all you guys and girls do here.


On a side note, I would much rather purchase a Jwins designed BP 10 year anniversary T shirt (XXL). Is there an official birthday of BP in 2003? Should be coming up any day now from my poor memory.

It has been a good nearly ten years, and here is to the next ten years. May the next ten years be as golden as the Golden Era of OSU football we are still in that coach Tresell restarted. Go Bucks.

In! This site has provided me a lot of good memories and laughs. I have not met a single person on this site and I have been here a long time and I feel like I 'know' a lot of you. There are a lot of options out there, but I guess there is no place like home and that is what this place is to me in regards to Buckeye news.
